• Sports Xpress Recruiting Xclusive:Jerami Grant

  The term wing is coming up more and more nowadays. Ending are the days of the shooting guard and the small forward positions. It's no different for "combo wing" Jerami Grant who plays at the basketball tradition rich DeMatha High. Grant stands at 6'8 and 180 lbs. and says as far as his recruitment "I'm really open right now."

  Grant is however hearing from the likes of Kansas,Oklahoma,Maryland,West Virginia, Virginia,Georgetown,Clemson,Texas,Miami (FL), and Syracuse. Grant isn't big on patterning his game after anyone he says "I'm trying to make my own way."

  Jerami says when it comes to making a decision "I look for playing time, and just a fair chance." Grant is a member of the 2012 class where he currently stands at #50 on the rankings.
