Sports Xpress Recruiting Xclusive:Ricardo Gathers

Ricardo Gathers is hearing from a plethora of schools including "LSU,Tennessee,Ole Miss,Alabama,Vanderbilt, Arkansas,Mississippi State,Cal,USC,UCLA,Oregon,Arizona, Washington,Georgetown,Syracuse,West Virginia,St. John's,Memphis,Baylor,Texas,Kansas, and Kansas State."
However there are two staffs he says his relationship with stands out, those being "LSU and Baylor." LSU could use a guy like Gathers and Baylor and Scott Drew just keep bringing talent to Waco including Quincy Miller and Deuce Bello in the 2011 class.
The Tigers and Bears shouldn't get to ansty though as Gathers says "I probably won't decide until after my last summer of AAU, and after I take all of my visits."
When he does set down to make that final decision Gathers who stands at 6'7 240 lbs says he'll be looking at things in this order:
1) Education
2) The Program
3)The Atmosphere
4) The Life outside of basketball
Ricardo does have a list of schools he plans on visiting but says "there is no time frame on when though." The schools he says he plans on trekking to see are "Texas,Kansas,Syracuse, Arizona,Oregon,Georgetown, and West Virginia."
