Sports Xpress Recruiting Xclusive:Tony Nunn
By:Kenneth True

Tony Nunn has some impressive interest on his list early on, but he'd like to have more. Nunn's list currently is made up of "UNC-Charlotte,Oklahoma,Tennessee,Western Carolina,Gardner-Webb, and Jacksonville University."
Nunn says "all of them stand out to me, because if it's a D1 college it's a college for me." The 6'8 240 lbs. post prospect says UNC-Charlotte and Jacksonville are currently recruiting him the hardest.
With the summer months being the busy months for prospects Tony was recently at a team camp at Catawba College on June 26-27 and says "I will be at a tournament in Florida at ESPN Wide World of Sports in Lake Buena Vista."
Despite some early interest Nunn maintains "I really don't have a time table at the moment it would probably be the end of my junior year." Last season as a sophomore Nunn averaged 9.5 points per game with 6.6 blocks per game and 9.3 rebounds per game. As can be seen by his stats Nunn is a force to be reckoned with in the post.
"UNC-Charlotte is the only school I've been to as of this time and all of the staff and coaches are very nice and cool" says Nunn. The Salisbury,NC native will likely do more visits this season as he gears up toward making a decision.
