Sports Xpress Recruiting Xclusive: Robert Jones
By:Kenneth True (@SXKennethTrue on Twitter)

With perennial state powers such as Trinity,St. Xavier,Manual, and Central the city of Louisville (KY) produces it's fair share of football talent. Much of that talent however comes from those 4 programs, but Valley HS has a guy to keep a eye on in athlete Robert Jones.
Jones has been invited to camp at "Auburn,Colorado,Oregon, and Purdue." His lists of interested schools doesn't stop their as the 6'0 170 lbs. 2014 QB says "Vanderbilt,Kentucky,Cincinnati,UT-Martin, and Murray State" have also show interest.
The elusive Jones spoke about which schools stand out in saying "Yes Cincinnati,Purdue, and Vanderbilt stand out. They stand out because they are good academic schools, and they are on the rise in athletics with good programs and coaches."
Cincinnati,Vanderbilt, and Purdue may lead but Murray State and Vanderbilt are the schools recruiting the talented junior the hardest.
Robert has built a strong relationship with Vanderbilt QB coach Ricky Rahne.
"I'm visiting Louisville this week, I've also recently visited Kentucky and Vanderbilt" Jones said. "They both went well I got a relationship with the coaches and they wanted me to stay in contact. I went for camp, and toured the facilities" is how Jones described his visits to the Kentucky and Vanderbilt campuses.
With all the talent littered throughout Louisville, it's no surprise so many guys have relationships with guys at other schools so it came as no surprise when Jones said he wouldn't mind playing with LB Donald Styles at Louisville Central HS.
