By:Kenneth True (@SXKennethTrue on Twitter)

Bourbon County (KY) had a rough season, on the volleyball court going (5-19). One bright spot for the Lady Colonels was junior Tara Wolfenbarger.
The Colonels junior camped this past summer at Kentucky and Morehead State, she was on the Morehead State campus on July 10th and the 14th, and Kentucky June 2nd-4th. Wolfenbarger says "I took away skills on how I can work with myself during the off season." The 2014 prospect says "I worked on my hitting approach which really showed this season."
Another thing Wolfenbarger said she learned throughout these camps is "There are a lot of other people in my shoes, who want to play in college and I need to take it a step higher."
One thing the Bourbon County star will add to her preparations for next season is she'll be playing club ball with Lexington United which starts in November.
As for upcoming visits she says "I plan on visiting Morehead State,Georgetown College,Western Kentucky, and maybe Lindsey Wilson after Christmas." Her interest doesn't stop there as she says "I plan on meeting with Pikeville,Asbury, Berea,Brescia,Centre, and Cumberlands at the Berea Volleyball Showcase on October 28th."
The 5'7 setter and weakside back hitter says "I have been talking to Georgetown,Berea, and Lindsay Wilson." She'd also add They are all amazing schools, Lindsey Wilson has really caught my eye and Georgetown has thrilled me it's a really good school and it's close to home."
In closing Wolfenbarger says she's been keeping a eye on Morehead State and Kentucky's volleyball schedules to see if she can make any of their games.
